It would be remiss of me to write about vitamins in skincare without first sharing how we can absorb all this skin boosting goodness from within.
Let’s take a look at which vitamins in foods work best to achieve healthy, radiant skin. In skincare, coenzyme Q10 is king. First discovered in 1956, its health benefits became known in the 80’s, followed by use in skincare in the late 90’s, mostly notably by Beiersdorf and the Nivea brand.
